- Sitting and Walking Meditation. Open Dharma discussion.

(9:45-10 sitting meditation, 10-10:15 walking meditation, 10:15-10:30 Break, 10:30-11:30 Dharma Talk, 11:30 to 11:45 sitting meditation)

Comfortable and loose fitting clothes are highly recommended. Please feel free to bring your own chairs or floor cushions, but we also have some available for you to use if you need one.

Parking is free on Sunday.

Please come to the front door (9 Mile) as we are keeping the back door locked. If you happen to come during walking meditation, the door may be locked, please knock and someone will let you in.
