Mejishi is located one one block West of Woodward Avenue in Ferndale. There isn't much parking available on
9 Mile, so please plan to use the convenient, metered parking lot
behind the studio on Troy. Parking is 50 cents per hour Mon-Sat, 9am-9pm. There is an entrance on the Troy side of
the building. Look for the Japanese garden.
Driving Directions:
From Detroit:
Take I75 North to 8 Mile. Travel West on 8 Mile to Woodward Avenue, turn onto Woodward and proceed into Ferndale.
Just before 9 mile, get in the left lane and take a left onto Troy and find the public parking lot on your left.
The studio is on your right; just look for the Japanese Garden.
From The North/696:
Exit onto Woodward Avenue at the Detroit Zoo, headed South. Stay in the right lane. Drive past 9 Mile to Troy and take a right. Find the public parking lot one block down on your left. The dojo is located on your right.
